Alison Ingram is renowned for producing colourful interpretations of the wildlife she observes. Her work is unique, highly distinctive and widely sought after.
Her passion for wildlife is reflected in her work and shows her deep understanding of animal behaviour and their interaction with the environment. Her paintings are vibrant and lively making full use of both the positive and negative space and colour harmonies unify the painting.
Alison was born in 1968 in Horsham West Sussex and at an early age developed a keen interest in the wildlife she encountered and the countryside in which she lived. She has had a life long passion for painting red deer and lives by Warnham Deer Park, which provides plenty of inspiration and unique encounters.
As a well known professional wildlife artist she is versatile as well as talented. Although concentrating on her abstract paintings, she is also an accomplished traditional wildlife artist, pet portrait artist and mosaicist.
Commission enquiries welcome.

Alison is a keen supporter of local exhibitions and in July took part in the Horsham French Festival.
A group of artists exhibited their work in The Carfax for Horsham Montmartre Day.
Many thanks to Toby Phillips for the photographs.
