Hathersage Swifts was commissioned by a founding member of the Hathersage Swift Group in Derbyshire.

The group was formed to record, preserve and increase the population of swifts in the Derbyshire village and to raise awareness and interest in these iconic birds. Higger Tor can be seen in the background.
